CASTELUX undertakes to offer you pieces that result from the most enhanced hand-made work and that go through a demanding process of quality control.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, CASTELUX accepts returns duly authorised within 10 days of receipt, when the pieces appear to be in their original state. Before returning any merchandise, please contact us.
We do not accept products that have been damaged or that show signs of wear and tear. Custom-made items cannot be returned. However, whenever possible, we can make changes at the request of our clients.
